Hi, my name is Philip Sarpong. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. This course is intended to give you supplemental material of what you need to pass your ACE Exam. I passed my ACE exam with close to a 650 (passing is 500 and highest is 800) on my first attempt! I've provided a collection of my own questions, notes, quizzes, and exams that helped me to pass the exam. My philosophy is questions, questions, questions... and more questions! The more familiar you are with how ACE words their questions and what they are particularly looking for, the better your chances are of being successful. The questions in my course are HARD, but if you can get through the hard questions you can get through anything!

I started this course mainly because I am passionate about fitness and healthy living.
